Foreclosures, Short Sales, Traditional Sales, all seem to be increasing in volume. Whether it is the $8000/$6500 Tax Credit or Seasonal Buying remains to be seen. As a whole prices seem to be on a slight rise in our area. We will see if the trend continues throughout the summer.

Mike and Sheri are actively involved helping people save their homes whenever possible.  If it is not financially possible, participating in a short sale may be the answer to avoid foreclosure.
